19/01/ Hearing was conducted through Video Conferencing and the learned counsel agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper.

A joint pursis has been filed stating that the matter is settled in mediation and that the appellant Insurance Company is liable to pay total sum of Rs.10 Lakhs towards full and final settlement of the entire claim.

Appeal stands disposed of in view of said settlement. Sum of Rs.10 Lakhs be paid to the respondent nos.1 to 5 as apportioned under:
a) A sum of Rs.2,70,000/- to be paid to respondent No.1.
b) A sum of Rs.1,75,000/- to be paid to each of respondent Nos.2 and 3.
c) A sum of Rs.80,000/- to be paid to respondent No.5.

The balance amount be refunded to the appellant Insurance Company along with the interest accrued thereon. Cause statutory deposit and Court fees be refunded as permissible under Rules.

Appeal stands disposed of.
