The petitioner has filed an undertaking stating that the respondent Bank would get possession as per measurement in the impugned order within two months.

In view of this undertaking and affidavit, we grant petitioner time of two months to hand over the possession as per the impugned order to the respondent no.1. If the respondent no.1 does not receive possession by 5.10.2017, the respondent no.3 District Magistrate shall on next day hand over the possession as per law to respondent no.1.

Accordingly, accepting the undertaking and with this order, we dispose of the Writ Petition.
