Looking to the fact that the applicant is in jail since 06-12-2013, it is expedient to make the following order :- Order A] Criminal Application (BA) No. 423 of 2015 is disposed of with a direction to the trial Judge to dispose of the Sessions trial within a period of three months from today.

B] The witnesses shall be given protection by the trial Court.
