This petition takes exception to the order dated 04.05.2024 passed by the Family Court, Bhandara below Exh.40 in Petition No.A/29/2023.

By the impugned order, the learned Family Court, Bhandara has directed the present petitioner - mother to handover custody of the minor child to the respondent - father from 27.05.2024 till 13.06.2024. 3.

This Court, by order dated 24.05.2024 has stayed the impugned order and during the pendency of this petition the period for which the custody was directed to be handed over has expired.

In that view of the matter, there is no point in examining the matter on merit. However, it would be open to respondent to file fresh application before the learned
