It appears that, in view of the fact that, some note-sheets were typed one and some note-sheets were hand written, this Court directed to file an affidavit of concerned authority. The petition is already disposed of in view of the submissions in first part of an affidavit. The work order is issued in favour of the petitioner, however, with regard to the maintenance of record, it was kept alive.

The learned counsel for respondent no. 1 - Municipal Council, Katol has filed its affidavit on 11/02/2025, whereby the assurance is given that, there would not be any such error in future in maintaining documents and the record in chronological manner. It is also submitted that, all the departments of Municipal Council are duly instructed accordingly. As such, an affidavit is taken on record. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of.
