Criminal Application(APPA) No. 479 of 2022 in Criminal Appeal No.168/2020 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 05.09.2022 This application is taken out for supplying correct address of respondent nos.1 and 4. It is stated in the application that the notice issued to the aforesaid respondents returned back unserved for want of correct address. The Hon'ble Court vide order dated 21.06.2022 directed the appellant to supply correct address within one week, failing which the appeal shall stand dismissed as against the aforesaid respondents without reference to the Court.

The application is filed on 28.06.2022 i.e.

within one week. Thus, the applicant is furnishing correct address of aforesaid respondents for issuing notice.

Since the application is formal in nature, in view of Chapter II, Rule 3 (c) r/w Chapter XXVI Rule 1 of the Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules, 1960, the applicant/appellant is allowed to make necessary amendment regarding correction of address of aforesaid respondents.

Necessary correction be carried out in the cause title of the Criminal Appeal.

Thereafter, office to issue notice to aforesaid respondents, returnable within six weeks.
