The petitioner has challenged the order issued by his employer terminating services of petitioner on the ground that his caste claim is invalidated. Learned Advocate for the petitioner has pointed out that Writ Petition No.1299/2014 is filed by the petitioner to challenge the decision of the Scrutiny Committee, and Division Bench of this Court has, by order dated 15.03.2016, issued Rule in that

In the above facts, we are not inclined to entertain the present Writ Petition, and it would be open to the petitioner to bring the subsequent events on record of Writ Petition No.1299/2014.

With liberty to petitioner to take appropriate steps accordingly, we dispose of the present Writ Petition. No costs.
