Mr. Kariya, learned counsel for applicants submits that in view of filing of charge-sheet even prior to the first order passed by this Court, he has instructions to withdraw the present application. He further submits that liberty be given to the applicants to file fresh proceedings under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to challenge the charge-sheet.

The prayer is accepted.

The application is disposed of with liberty as prayed for. It is made clear that the application was not heard on its own merit by this Court.
