DATED : 24-06-2025 Applicants/original respondents Nos. 1 to 4 in First Appeal No.69/2013 have preferred this application to permit them to withdraw the compensation amount deposited by the appellant in this Court, for which the learned Advocate for the appellant has given no objection.

In view of the same, the application is allowed. The Registrar (J) is directed to transfer the compensation amount, along with the accrued interest, to the bank accounts of the respective applicants in proportion, as per the award passed by the Tribunal, within three weeks, upon the applicants furnishing their bank account details to the registry.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
