Heard Shri J.B. Kasat, learned counsel for the petitioners, Mrs. M.A. Barabde, learned AGP for respondent Nos. 1 & 2 and Shri Pradeep Mahalle, learned counsel for respondent No. 4.

Shri Kasat, learned counsel places on record a pursis along with the Government order dated 03.10.2018 cancelling allocation of grants in favour of respondent No.

4. He, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the petition. 3.

Shri Mahalle, learned counsel is seeking time to obtain instructions.

This Court has still not admitted the matter and replies are also not filed. Hence, without observing anything more and keeping all contentions of the respondents open, we dispose of the present petition as infructuous. No order as to costs.
