Heard learned counsel for petitioner. According to him, order passed by respondent No. 2 thereby suspending the services of the petitioner being illegal, the petitioner has preferred Original Application No. 338/2017 in which prayer for interim stay has been rejected.

We have perused the order dated 16.4.2025 passed by learned Tribunal. The tribunal has already fixed the matter for final disposal.
