Heard Shri S.P. Munghate, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri A.V. Palshikar, learned A.G.P. for respondent nos. 1 and 2.

We find the petition misleading.

Admittedly the competent Court at Vikroli has passed an order about custody of minor child Rudrakumar. Copy of that order is not produced before this Court. 3.

Similarly, mother who is also entitled to custody of Rudrakumar is not joined as party respondent.

In Writ Petition prayer is to direct the

Order 0506wp3236.17 educational institution to issue school leaving certificate to petitioner father. With the result, after taking that school leaving certificate, petitioner father wishes to admit Rudrakumar at some school at Nagpur.

We find the prayers erroneous and misconceived. Writ Petition is therefore, dismissed. No costs.
