This petition is filed by the Petitioner, who claims to be a social worker for a direction that a building owned by Respondent Nos.3 and 4, situated within the Municipal city limits of Arvi, Wardha is dilapidated and needs to be pulled down.

This petition is not treated as a Public Interest Litigation and Petitioner has no locus to seek such a direction. Even otherwise, the Respondent Council has already issued a notice to the Respondent Nos.3 Wadode

wp2992.20.odt and 4, which the Respondent Council, no doubt, will take to its logical end.
