Smt. Patil, learned counsel for the petitioner invites attention to the Court order dated 05.01.2015. She submits that on 18.12.2014, proposal in which name of the petitioner is included, has been forwarded by Respondent No. 4 to Respondent No. 1 for grant of deemed date in terms of the orders dated 17.01.2014 and 07.02.2014 at Annexures 'S' & 'T' with the petition. She submits that if the proposal is considered within the stipulated period, the grievance of the petitioner may be redressed.
Smt. Joshi, learned AGP for respondent Nos.
1 to 3 states that this Court has yet not issued notice and, therefore, she is not aware of these developments. Without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the respondents, in the light of the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, we dispose of the present petition with
