We deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition in the light of the scheme framed under the Government Resolution dated 27th March, 2024 as the petitioner is seeking continuity of service. 3.

We permit the petitioner to appear before the Deputy Director of Education, Nagpur, with the grievance for grant of continuity of service. The Deputy Director of Education, Nagpur shall decide the same within a period of two months from the date of appearance.

The petitioner undertakes to appear before the Deputy Director of Education, Nagpur on 8th May, 2025.

In case, if the order of the Deputy Director of Education is adverse to the interest of the petitioner, it shall be open for her to submit her grievance before the Authority recognized by the Government Resolution dated 27th March, 2024.
