By this application, the respondent no.1 prays that the order dated 27.4.2017 passed in First Appeal be corrected by substituting the words "LAC 48/2006" by the words "LAC 48/2007".

In the application, it has been stated that such mistake has occurred on account of typographical error and after perusing record, the same has become evident.

The application is not opposed by the learned counsel for the appellant.

In view of the aforesaid, the order dated 27.4.2017 wherein reference has been made to "LAC 48/2006" stands corrected by replacing those words with the words "LAC 48/2007".
