This is an application seeking extension of time limit to complete arbitral proceedings. By virtue of order of this Court, Arbitrator has been appointed and he is seized with the matter. It has been submitted that due to Covid-19 Pandamic, there was no progress in the arbitral proceeding for considerable period. It has also been submitted that some interim orders have been challenged in this Court which resulted into causing delay in arbitral proceeding.
