We direct Mr. Kalmegh, learned Counsel to waive notice for respondent No.1.

The issue pertains to challenge to the transfer order.

It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner can be accommodated in any nearby school considering the hardship that she is likely to face.

As such, we dispose of the petition by directing the respondent No.1 to consider the representation of the petitioner and decide the same within a period of eight weeks from today. No costs.
