A joint pursis has been filed on 02/12/2022, whereby the appellant is withdrawing the appeal and the respondent nos.1 to 4 are withdrawing the cross-objection and it is agreed that the respondent nos.1 to 4 will be entitled to withdraw the balance decreetal amount with accrued interest thereupon deposited in this Court. It is also agreed that the statutory deposits and the court fees will be refunded back to the appellant.

Accepting the pursis, the first appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. The statutory deposits and appropriate court fees, as permissible according to rule, be refunded back to the appellant.

In view of what has been stated in the pursis, the cross-objection is also dismissed as withdrawn. The appropriate court fees be refunded to the respondent nos.1 to 4, as per rules. The balance decreetal amount, as deposited in this Court with accrued interest thereupon, is permitted to be withdrawn by the respondent nos.1 to 4.
