Petitioner who has already approached the School Tribunal and is seeking interim orders, moved Education Officer because of time taken by the School Tribunal to pass orders on interim relief application. 3.
Education Officer thereafter ignoring the promotion order issued by management to respondent
Order 3006wp3232.17 no.5, conferred signing powers on petitioner. Promotion order forms subject matter of appeal before the School Tribunal.

In this situation, it is apparent that the action of Education Officer in conferring the signing powers upon petitioner is without jurisdiction. Petition is accordingly rejected. No costs.
