The matter was again listed on 25.09.2019, when none appeared and again, it was directed to be placed for final hearing / dismissal order after two weeks on 10.10.2019. As the matter was mentioned on behalf of appellant, the matter was listed after Diwali vacations. On 02/01/2020, at the request of appellant, the matter was listed on 06/01/2020. Today, the matter was called out, none appears for parties"
