Heard.

The applicant, apprehending arrest in crime registered against him and four others for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code, has sought pre-arrest bail. The accusations against the applicant are that he assisted the co-accused in disposing the dead body. The learned advocate for the applicant has submitted that the applicant is aged about 23 years and is labourer and is not involved in any other crime/ offence. It is submitted that the applicant is falsely implicated. It is argued that co-accused are released on bail as per the order passed by the Sessions Court.

The application is opposed on the ground that the applicant has been absconding and his custodial interrogation is necessary to unearth the truth.

Considering the facts of the case, I am not inclined to grant the prayer.

The application is dismissed.
