This is an appeal against the judgment and award dated 23.11.2017 in LAC No. 52/2011 whereby the Reference Court has enhanced compensation awarded by the Land Acquisition Officer.

The appeal against the original claimants being respondent No. 1(i) and (ii) had been dismissed on 30.04.2019, but till date, no steps have been taken to restore the appeal. Hence, nothing survives in this appeal, proceedings closed.
