DATE : 20/06/2023 Present application is filed for condonation of 515 days in filing first appeal. It is submitted that due to compliance of some administrative procedure, some time is consumed and delay has been caused. However, there is no explanation since 05/08/2020, till filing of appeal. The delay is not explained for the period i.e. 13/10/2020 to 10/06/2021. The appeal is filed on 11/08/2021. Though, I am not satisfied with the reasons, however, as public money is involved, I am allowing this application, subject to costs of Rs.5000/-, to be deposited with the Library of Government Pleader's.
