The grievance of respondent no. 2 was that petitioner had not provided 3 phase connection for 24 Hours. The respondent no. 2 is now getting supply 24 Hours from Popatkhed Gaothan Feeder emanating from 33 KW Lakhanpur Sub Station.

Learned counsel for respondent no. 2 seeks time to take instructions.

If what has been stated above is correct, the order impugned having been challenged by the petitioner and not by respondent no. 2, the petition would render infructuous. The petition is accordingly disposed of as rendered infructuous.
