Learned counsel for the appellant makes a statement that the respondents neither have filed any appeal nor any cross-objection. The appellant has already deposited the decretal amount together with accrued interest, till the date of depositing the amount. They are ready and willing to accept the decree passed by the trial Court and hence withdrawing this appeal. The respondent No.6 is the formal party being the owner of the vehicle. The liberty is given to the respondent Nos. 1 to 5 to withdraw the amount in the ratio as decided by the trial Court. The appeal is hereby disposed of as withdrawn.
