The matter is amicably settled between the parties. However, there is a term in the agreement that, to keep the matter alive till the final payment is made. The date of final payment is fixed as June, 2025. 2.

In the circumstances, I am of the opinion that, there is no point in keeping the matter pending till June, 2025 for the reason that the purpose would be served if the liberty is granted to the parties to make a request for restoration of the present writ petition in case there is breach of condition of payment of the amount as per the agreement.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties with liberty to make a prayer for restoration of writ petition in case of default in payment.
