The learned Assistant Government Pleader does not dispute that pursuant to the undertaking dated 14.02.2018 (Page 49), the petitioner No.3 has acquired the vocational teacher training qualification, which is reflected from the result sheet at Page 74, considering which, the petition is disposed of by directing the Joint Director of Vocational Education and Training, Amravati to consider the qualification acquired by the petitioner No.3 and if the same satisfies the requirement, to grant approval from the date of his initial appointment. However, the salary would be paid to him from the date of acquiring qualification i.e. March-2021. The same shall be done preferably within a period of three months from today. For all the purposes, except the payment of salary as indicated above, the TAMBE

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
