11th July, 2017 By these applications, it is prayed that the legal heirs of respondent no.2 be permitted to be brought on record. The reasons for the cause of delay are mentioned in para 3 of the Civil Application No. 1126 of 2015. The legal heirs have been duly served and there is no appearance on their behalf.

Hence, accepting the reasons mentioned in the applications, the same are allowed. After condoning the delay and setting aside the abatement, the legal heirs are permitted to be brought on record. Amendment be

carried out within a period of one week.

Applications are disposed of.
