Kale, AGP for respondent nos.1 to 3 - State CORAM : SMT. VASANTI A. NAIK AND A.I.S. CHEEMA, JJ.
DATE : 28.10.2015 By this writ petition, the petitioners challenge the action of the State Government of awarding the contract for collection of toll to the respondent no.4 for a period of four years from 12.10.1998.
Since the contract for collection of toll was awarded to the respondent no.4 for a period of four years from 12.10.1998 and since by the order dated 9.2.1999, we had permitted the respondent no.4 to recover the toll amount, it appears that the cause for filing the writ petition has been rendered infructuous due to passage of time.
In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with no order as to costs.
