It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner No.1 that the petitioner No.1 had already settled the dispute with the respondent No.4. The petitioners No.2 and 3 are present in the Court and they are identified by the learned counsel for the petitioners. They have instructed the learned counsel representing them to withdraw the present writ petition in view of settlement between the parties. It is recorded that the petitioners and the respondent No.4 are siblings. In view of settlement between the parties, the petitioners are permitted to withdraw the writ petition.

Hence, disposed of as withdrawn.
