DATE : 29.06.2015 Heard the learned Counsel for the rival parties. The applicant is in jail for the offence punishable under the Essential Commodities Act, namely, for allegedly selling fake fertilizers. Be that as it may, since the applicant is in custody for the last one month, it would be appropriate to pass the following order.

ORDER

Criminal Application No.426/2015 is allowed. The applicant shall be released on bail upon furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount.

The applicant shall attend the Police Station, Murtizapur, Tq. Murtizapur, District : Akola as and when required by the Police Station Officer.

The applicant shall co-operate with the Investigating Officer, shall not tamper with the evidence and shall not pressurize the witnesses.
