The respondents in its reply stated that they are going to revise the benefits of revised commutation of the basic pension of the pensioner who retired between 08.01.2016 and 31.12.2018 as per 7th Pay Commission. 3.

In view of the statement made in the reply, the grievance of the petitioner is redressed.

The respondent 1 shall release the benefits of the revised commutation of the pension of the petitioner within four weeks from today.
