The petitioner seeks release on parole. The reply placed on record by the respondents reveals that the petitioner is already released on parole on 10/06/2016 and after extension his due date of return is now 15/09/2016. In this situation, the present proceedings are rendered infructuous. Hence, with liberty to the petitioner to proceed further in the matter, in accordance with law, we dispose of the present petition.

The charges of the counsel appointed are fixed at Rs.1,500/-.
