Mr. Deshpande, learned counsel for the petitioner in all the three matters and Mr. Gilda, learned counsel for Respondent Nos.1 and 3 in all the three matters, are agreeable that the Change Report Nos. 1081/08, 1082/08 and 1083/08, considering that what is remaining is only the cross examination of the objector, can be decided by a common judgment, within a stipulated time. 2.
The statements are accepted. The learned AGP for Respondent No. 2/Authority has no objection.

Learned counsels Mr. Dehspande and Mr. Gilda for the parties also agree that CR No. 1293/07, 48/08, 282/08, 87/09, 710/13 and 4156/18 can also be decided by a common judgment, within the time which has already been directed by this Court in Writ Petition No.459/2020. Learned AGP for R-2 has no objection.

It is therefore directed that Change Report Nos. 1081/08, 1082/08 and 1083/08 be decided by a common judgment, within a period of three months from the date of this order. 5.
It is also directed that CR Nos. 1293/07, 48/08, 282/08, 87/09, 710/13 and 4156/18 be decided by a separate common judgment within the time frame, as directed by this Court. 6.
The petitions are accordingly disposed of in above terms. 7.
The learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to produce a net downloaded copy of this order before the Respondent No. 2/Authority, who shall act upon the same. JUDGE Rvjalit
