The arguments have been heard in the light of orders dated 6.6.2017 passed by this Court while issuing notice in the matter. Advocate Shri.

Rathi, upon instructions states that, as yet no decision to transfer any petitioner has been taken and no transfer order is issued. He further submits that in case, such decision is taken and transfer, order is served on any of the petitioner, that order will not give effect to for period of 15 days after its service upon concerned.
