The petitioner in this writ petition is seeking direction for expeditious consideration of her tribe claim by the respondent. It is submitted that the petitioner's claim has been made to the Scrutiny Committee and since the petitioner seeks to pursue further education it is necessary to scrutinize the caste claim expeditiously. The learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the caste claim of the petitioner would be decided within a period of six months.

Accordingly the petitioner is directed to appear through her father before the Scrutiny Committee on 12.07.2022. The Scrutiny Committee shall decide the proceedings within a period of six months from 12.07.2022.
