Counsel for the applicant on instructions, states that applicant is ready to deposit entire amount awarded by the Reference Court along with interest accrued therein within twelve weeks with this Court.

In view of the above there shall be stay to the execution of impugned judgment and award dated 21.12.2022 in LAC No.19/2022 passed by the 5th Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Yavatmal subject to deposit of the entire amount within eight weeks failing which stay shall stand vacated without further reference to the Court. 5.
