ATE : JULY 08, 2025 1) The applicants/respondents No.1 to 3 have filed this application to permit them to withdraw the compensation amount lying in this Court, as the appeal filed by the appellant was dismissed on 18/03/2024, for which learned counsel for the appellant has given no objection. On instructions, learned counsel for the appellant further submits that the appellant has not preferred any appeal against the said order.

2) In view of the same, the application is allowed as prayed. The applicants/respondents No.1 to 3, are entitled to withdraw the awarded amount, along with the interest accrued thereon, from this Court.

3) The Registrar (J) is directed to transfer the awarded compensation amount into the bank account of the applicant No.1, as per the award and keep the amount to the share of applicants No.2 and 3 in a fixed deposit till they attained the age of majority, within four
