DATE : 20/07/2022 The present application is filed for withdrawal of amount deposited by the appellant. The respondent Nos. 1(A to D) - original claimants moved this application. First Appeal No. 525/2017 was dismissed by this Court on 25/04/2017. The appellant deposited an amount of Rs.5,20,726/- on 09/01/2017. By this application, permission to withdraw the said amount is sought with interest accrued thereon. The respondent No.1-B produced power of attorney. Copy of power of attorney is placed on record granting authority to 1-B to receive the amount on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 A, C and D. Accordingly, permission is granted to withdraw the amount.

Registry is hereby directed to verify the original Power of Attorney and also identity proof in respect of all the claimants before depositing amount in the account of 1-B i.e. Power of Attorney holder.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
