It is submitted on behalf of the learned Counsel for petitioners that the questions raised in this Writ Petition have been already adjudicated by this Court in Writ Petition No. 6374/2017 (Hotel Manglya Bar and Restaurant Vrs. State of Maharashtra and others) with connected matters, vide judgment dated 18.11.2019. He submits that similar directions be issued while disposing of the present Petition. 3.
Learned A.G.P. for respondents does not dispute the fact that the issues raised in the present
Order 2401wp3370.17 Writ Petition are similar to the issues that were decided in those Writ Petitions.

Accordingly for the reasons recorded in aforesaid judgment, present Writ Petition is also disposed of by issuing following directions : (i) Petitioners are at liberty to make appropriate representation to the concerned Superintendent of State Excise within a period of fifteen days from today, either for grant of renewal of licences for continuation of liquor shops.
(ii) Keeping in view the law laid down by the Hon'
ble Apex Court as clarified from time to time, and the government circular and clarifications issued thereafter, appropriate decision be taken, obviously after granting hearing to the parties concerned and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of making representation.
(iii) It shall be open to the parties, in case they are aggrieved by such decision, they can approach this Court for redressal of their grievances.
No costs.
