DATED : 12/01/2022 The grievance of the petitioner was nonconsideration of his candidature for promotion to the post of Extension Officer at Zilla Parishad, Gadchiroli. 2.

Shri S.D. Zoting, learned Counsel for respondent nos. 3, on instructions, submits that the meeting of the Departmental Promotion Committee was held on 11.01.2022, in which it was decided that not to promote the petitioner.

In view of this development, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition. It is, accordingly, disposed of.

The petitioner may seek redressal of his grievance, if he is aggrieved of the decision taken by the Departmental Promotion Committee.
