The petitioner claims to be registered under the Micro Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 (for short, the said Act) sought resolution of dispute which was rejected by one word order that the petitioner is in the trading business. 3.

According to the petitioner, the registration documents and other evidence would lead to only inference that the petitioner is not into the trading business but it is a service provider. 4.

Considering the claim put-forth by the petitioner, we are of the view that the petitioner to appear before the respondent no.1 on 31st July, 2024 with his written notes of argument and other evidence. We direct the respondent no.1 to pass a reason order as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of four weeks from the date of appearance of the petitioner before it.

With these directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
