"None appears for the applicant although the learned APP is present.

On the last occasion also, none had appeared on behalf of the applicant.

In view of the above, list the application as a matter of last chance on 07.08.2019.

It is made clear that if there is no representation on behalf of the applicant on the next date, the present application shall stand rejected for non-prosecution."

The learned counsel, who appeared for the applicant, made submissions on earlier occasions and

2 ba440.19.odt he sought adjournment when this Court was on the verge of rejecting the present application. Thereafter, as noted, in the above quoted order, the learned counsel for the applicant chose to remain absent when this application was listed on 19.7.2019 and 30.7.2019. Despite the specific order passed on 30.7.2019, today again the said Counsel has not appeared before this Court and a request is made on his behalf for adjournment. The said request is rejected and the present application is consequently rejected for non-prosecution.
