DATED : 27-6The petitioners are assailing the order dated 2-7-2018 rendered under Section 19(1) of the Right to Information Act, 2005 (Act).

Sub-section (3) of Section 19 of the Act provides for a second appeal.

Apart from the fact that the petition appears to be grossly delayed, we are not inclined to entertain the grievance in writ jurisdiction since the petitioners have not availed the statutory remedy of appeal. 4.

The petition is dismissed.
