DATE : 24/08/2021 As per the order dated 15.06.2021, this Court has directed the office to transfer an amount of Rs. 3,94,41,427/- in the bank account of petitioner No.1. In the title clause of the application, petitioner No.1 is described as Arun Balkrushna Nilawar through his legal heir Ashish Arun Nilawar. It seems that Arun Nilawar has already expired. Ashish is his son. Whereas petitioner No.2 Shailaja and petitioner No.3 Manish are the wife and son of the deceased Arun. The order further mentions giving of power of attorney by petitioner No.2 Shailaja and Petitioner No.3 - Manish to Ashish Arun Nilawar. Necessary modification has to be done in the order. Other side is not having any objection.

1. Direction No.4(a) is modified as :

The description of petitioner No.1 be considered as petitioner No.1- Ashish Arun Nilawar.

2. Direction No. 4(b) is modified as follows: Instead of Petitioner No.1-Arun Nilawar, the name of petitioner No.1 Ashish Arun Nilawar be inserted. Office to do the needful.

Civil application is disposed of.
