Criminal Application (APPP) No.910/2024 is filed on behalf of the Investigating Officer permitting him to file charge-sheet. In view of the order passed on 15.07.2021 the Investigating Officer was restrained from filing charge-sheet against the applicants and was asked to seek leave of the Court.

In view of the fact that now the investigation is over, the Investigating Officer is allowed to file chargesheet within a period of two weeks from today. Copy of the charge-sheet be given to the applicants within a period of one week thereafter. After receipt of the copy of the charge-sheet, if advised, the applicants may carry out amendment to the application on or before 19.08.2024. Copy of the amended application and the copy of the charge-sheet be filed on record for the purpose of Court as well as be given to the non-applicants.

Criminal application stands disposed of.
