Counsel for the applicant on instructions, states that applicant is ready to deposit entire amount awarded by the Reference Court along with interest accrued therein within twelve weeks with this Court.

In view of the above there shall be stay to the execution of impugned judgment and award dated 24.11.2022 in LAC No.311/2017 passed by the 2nd Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Yavatmal subject to deposit of the entire amount within eight weeks failing which stay shall stand vacated without further reference to the Court. 4.

The application stands disposed of.
