DATED : 10-06-2025 The applicant, New India Assurance Company Ltd., has moved this application to permit it to deposit the balance compensation amount, along with interest, in this Court within two weeks.

Learned Counsel for respondent No.2 has not objected to the same.

Considering the facts that the matter has been settled between the parties before the Lok-Adalat, it would be appropriate to grant permission to the appellant to deposit 50% of the balance compensation amount with interest in this Court, within two weeks. It is made clear that no further time will be granted. 4.

The application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.

On deposit of the amount, the same shall be paid to the respondent Nos. 5 to 10/original claimants as per the Judgment and Award in Claim Petition No. 899/2009.
