The application is for grant of bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in connection with Crime No.8/2022 registered with Police Station, Sehgaon District Buldhana for the offence punishable under Sections 376(2)(i), 452, 354A and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4 and 8 of the Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act. 2.

After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant for some time, he seeks permission to withdraw the application as Court has shown disinclination for granting bail. In view of the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the applicant, permission is granted to withdraw the application.
